Beta88 operates as an international online gaming platform under applicable international licensing. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beta88. By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Age Verification: Beta88 applies mandatory KYC verification to all Accounts. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or older will be suspended and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation. Attempts to circumvent age verification controls may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Beta88 Account. Beta88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without notice. Any funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. Players must not register on behalf of another individual or permit third parties to use their Account.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Beta88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify Beta88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Malaysian players will transact in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Beta88 supports deposits and withdrawals via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. Currency selection is made at registration and generally cannot be changed thereafter.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Beta88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Beta88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be communicated within the Platform's banking section. Beta88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any applicable security review.
Beta88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or where unusual patterns of activity are identified. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is processed.
Beta88 does not charge players transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals in MYR. However, certain payment providers may levy their own charges independently of Beta88. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network fees payable to the respective blockchain. Beta88 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Beta88 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts. Players will be notified before such fees are applied. Any Balance remaining after account closure due to prolonged inactivity will be subject to the terms of Beta88's dormant account procedure.
All bets placed on Beta88 are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any wager. Beta88 will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances specifically provided for in the Platform's sports book rules or where Beta88, in its sole discretion, determines that a manifest error has occurred.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are specified within the Platform and may vary by market, event, product type, and account tier. Beta88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts, including where Beta88 identifies patterns consistent with professional or sharp betting activity, without prior notice.
Bets may be declared void by Beta88 in the following circumstances: (a) the market is suspended prior to settlement; (b) the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (c) a manifest pricing error is identified; (d) the bet is placed in breach of these Terms; or (e) Beta88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or collusion in connection with the bet. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are acceptable. Beta88 is not liable for any delay between the occurrence of an in-play event and the suspension of the corresponding market.
Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. For a Mix Parlay bet to be settled as a winner, all component selections must win. If one or more selections are void, the parlay will be recalculated at the remaining applicable odds. Mix Parlay winnings are subject to the same withdrawal and verification procedures as any other winnings.

Beta88 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any periodic account review. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beta88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
Beta88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Beta88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time.
Malaysian Legal Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Certain consumer protection provisions applicable in Malaysia may entitle you to remedies that cannot be contracted out of. Beta88 does not seek to exclude those statutory rights.
Beta88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) Beta88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you are identified as a Prohibited Person; (d) compliance with applicable laws or licensing obligations requires it; or (e) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms, Beta88 may forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where funds are forfeited, Beta88 will provide you with written notification of the grounds for forfeiture.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Beta88 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements and pending security checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beta88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or other interim measures from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
Malaysian players acknowledge that, due to the regulatory environment in Malaysia, certain aspects of their legal recourse may be limited. Beta88 encourages players to review these Terms carefully and seek independent legal advice where appropriate.
Beta88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Beta88 will notify registered Players by email to the address held on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
